1. What PocketPick is

PocketPick is a champion-select assistant for League of Legends. It provides pre-game pick recommendations and analysis based on your own ranked history and public game data. It does not automate gameplay, interact with a live game in progress, or modify any game files.

2. Acceptance

By using PocketPick (the website, the desktop app, or the companion helper) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use PocketPick.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must comply with Riot Games' Terms of Service while playing League of Legends. PocketPick is designed to stay within Riot's rules for third-party tools (pre-game recommendations only, official APIs only), and you agree not to combine it with tools that don't.
• You may only look up match history for Riot IDs you are entitled to use — in the current product, your own.
• You won't attempt to abuse, resell, or extract bulk data from the service.

4. Beta software, no warranty

PocketPick is provided “as is”, currently as beta software. Recommendations are statistical estimates, not guarantees — you will still lose games PocketPick liked. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any losses arising from use of the product (including, for the avoidance of doubt, lost LP).

5. Pricing

PocketPick is free during the beta. If paid tiers are introduced, they will charge for our own analysis, computation and features — never for access to Riot's data itself — and will be governed by terms presented at purchase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end the service (or your access to it) at any time, including if required to comply with Riot's developer policies.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
