The short version

Your data stays on your machine. PocketPick has no accounts and no login. Your ranked history, your pool and your settings live on your computer and never reach us. The only things that ever reach our server are two anonymous counters described in section 2: one on the demo page, and one in the app that is off unless you switch it on.

1. What the app processes, and where

2. The two things that reach our server

Both counters are stored on our hosting provider's storage as daily totals. The website and the demo are hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for a short period under its own privacy policy; we do not use those logs.

3. What we don't do

4. Beta sign-up

If you leave your email on the beta form (or email us), we use it to send you the build and, at most, a handful of beta updates. It is stored by our hosting provider's form service and in our mailbox, is never shared, and is deleted on request.

5. Where data lives, and deleting it

Everything PocketPick knows about you is in the app's local storage and its folder on your computer. Deleting the folder and clearing the app's stored data removes it completely. The optional ping's random id is on your machine too; turning the ping off ends it, and if you email us the id we will remove its counter on our side.

6. If this changes

A future version may add optional online features (for example cloud sync or a hosted API proxy). If so, this policy will be updated first, the app will say clearly what moves off your device, and anything server-side will be the minimum needed for the feature.

7. Contact
